Happy Saturday!! I am so excited to report the results of my 11 mile run today, my last long run until Shamrock half-marathon!! Although I am very tired post run, I do feel confident that I can hold a 7:20-7:25 pace for 13.1 miles, well, at least I hope I can (wink, wink).

Great run!!! I didn’t read much yesterday after my half so I just read your previous post a few minutes ago about going for a long run, and now I’m reading everything about how it went. 🙂

There’s nothing better than coffee after a run. I always give up coffee for 2 weeks before a marathon, and it’s the first thing I want when I’m finished.

That looks pretty incredible to me (the times) … and that you can hold it pretty constant is also wow to me too. And then to have coffee time … mmmmmmm 🙂

    Way to go you!
