WOW, it definitely feels like it has been forever since we last talked!! YEP, INDEEDY!!
Well, I guess the million dollar question would be, “What (in the world) have you been up to?”
Followed by, “Huh? Huh?”
Then, some shaking of THE head (meaning yours)!!
Okay, YES, I haven’t been my normal blogger self lately, BUT I’ve been busy coaching (my summer league swim team) AND exercisin’ it up, O-K??!! Wanna hear my (busy) schedule today, huh? HUH? Well, do ya?
Anyways, here it is:
3:55 AM: Wake-up call
4:05 AM: Drank Starbucks Coffee
4:20 AM: Picked out my running outfit
4:30 AM: Packed my swim bag
4:45 AM: Ran 7.5 miles in my neighborhood
5:55 AM: Drank lots of water
6:20 AM: Drove to Victory YMCA
6:35 AM: Swam 2 miles
7:40 AM: Drove home
8:00 AM: Jumped in the shower (literally)
8:40 AM: Ran out the door while scarfing down a protein bar
9:00-11:30 AM: Summer league practice
11:30 AM-2:30 PM: Swim meet planning @ Panera Bread
2:35 PM: (Finally) back home & ate a bowl of cereal
2:45-4:30 PM: Swim meet planning
4:40 PM: Ate dinner (No Bull Vegan Burger + Vegetarian chili)
5:00 PM: Swim meet write-up
6:00 PM: Ran errands
Umm…yeah…Do you see how I’ve been rollin’ lately?
At least, I’ve been getting some gnarly workouts in!! Yaaay to that!!
Monday: 3.25 mile swim + Bryan Kest Power Yoga
Tuesday: 6 mile run + 40 minute weight workout
Wednesday: 7.5 mile run + 2 mile swim
